Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician for a full-time, on-site role at our Holland, OH location. This role involves conducting quality inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include utilizing laboratory equipment, interpreting test results, identifying deviations, and documenting findings. The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality standards and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma / GED with technical training or an engineering background required.
- Experience in quality control, laboratory testing, or manufacturing required
- Familiarity with physical properties testing, UV testing, DSC analysis, and ISO 9000 standards is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate documentation
- Basic computer and data entry skills
