Running from Jan–May 2026, you will gain first-hand experience in exploring new value-added capabilities and commercialization solutions, and participate in building a leading real-time interaction PaaS platform.

What the Role Entails
We are looking for a product intern who is passionate about the field of real-time audio and video interaction. Join us, and you will dive deep into the user product experience, explore new value-added capabilities and commercialization solutions, and participate in building a leading real-time interaction PaaS platform.
Core Responsibilities
● Product & Experience Optimization: Assist in refining the onboarding and integration experience of our PaaS product. You'll use user research and data analysis to uncover customer needs, contribute to feature design, and boost user satisfaction.
● Value-Added Feature Planning: Get involved in the planning and strategy for new PaaS capabilities, including innovative AI-driven audio/video features. You will also help shape the monetization models for these services.
● International Market Analysis: Research user needs and the competitive landscape in key markets like North America and Southeast Asia. You'll use these insights to inform our product's internationalization strategy and design.
Job Requirements
● Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher; majors in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Communications, Electronic Information Science, or related fields are preferred.
● Strong interest in real-time interaction products, audio/video value-added capabilities, or the "AI Audio/Video" domain, possessing a good level of technical understanding.
● Strong logical analysis, communication, and collaboration skills; able to actively participate in team discussions and proactively drive tasks forward.
● Strong empathy and learning ability; able to acutely capture user needs, think deeply, and provide product recommendations.
● Fluent in English as a working language; an international perspective or cross-cultural communication experience is a plus.
● Proficiency in AI-assisted coding.
