Databrain Agent: Building a World-Leading Gaming Data Agent With the rapid global expansion of Tencent Games, we have accumulated a vast amount of high-quality, domain-specific data across publishing, live operations, strategic decision-making, and international studios.
Our core data platform, Databrain, already powers a wide range of business-critical scenarios. Now, with the emergence of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI Agent technologies, we are building the next generation of our product: Databrain Agent. This new AI-powered Data Agent aims to fundamentally transform how data is accessed, understood, and utilized—enabling more intelligent, automated, and scalable decision-making across the organization. Our mission is to build a world-leading data agent in the gaming industry, combining cutting-edge AI capabilities with real-world, large-scale data applications.

The expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $28.27 to $60.00 per hour. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position will be eligible for 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked and up to 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, full-time interns are also eligible to enroll in the Company-sponsored medical plan.

- Work on real production data at massive scale Contribute to AI-native product innovation in gaming
- Help drive user adoption, product growth, and operational excellence
What You’ll Do:
- User Insights & Research Conduct user research, interviews, and feedback collection
- Analyze user behavior and identify pain points and opportunities Product Operations Track key product metrics (activation, retention, engagement)
- Build dashboards and reports to monitor product performance Support experiment design (A/B testing, feature rollouts) Growth & Adoption
- Help design onboarding flows and improve user activation Support go-to-market efforts, including documentation and user education
- Identify and test growth opportunities (feature discoverability, usage expansion)
- Cross-functional Execution Coordinate with engineering and design teams to support feature launches
- Assist in writing PRDs, operational docs, and user-facing materials Help prioritize improvements based on data insights and user impact
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields)
- Strong interest in product operations, growth, or data-driven product management Comfortable working with data (Excel, SQL, or similar tools)
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics) Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools
- Familiarity with AI products or LLM-based tools Interest in gaming, data platforms, or AI agents
- Previous internship or project experience in product ops, growth, or analytics
- Hands-on experience in product operations and growth for a cutting-edge AI product Exposure to large-scale real-world data systems in the gaming industry
