The expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $80,168.40 to $97,700.00 per year. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Employees hired for this position may be eligible for a sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Subject to the terms and conditions of the plans in effect, hired applicants are also eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability benefits, and participation in the Company’s 401(k) plan. The Employee is also eligible for up to 15 to 25 days of vacation per year (depending on the employee’s tenure), up to 13 days of holidays throughout the calendar year, and up to 10 days of paid sick leave per year. Your benefits may be adjusted to reflect your location, employment status, duration of employment with the company, and position level. Benefits may also be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.

What The Role Entails
Responsibilities:
- 【Social Media & Community Operation】: Deeply involved in the strategic planning and execution across major U.S. platforms (TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and mainstream communities (Reddit, Discord, etc.), including scheduling, copywriting, and multimedia content production (images/videos).
- 【Social Group Building & User Growth】: Drive the buildup and daily operations of fan groups on U.S. mainstream social media and communities. Ideate and execute interactive relevant campaigns to boost fan loyalty and brand stickiness.
- 【Data Insights & Strategy Iteration】: Track the actual performance across our platform's social and community channels, and generate regular recap reports and translate data insights into actionable growth strategies.
Requirements:
- 【Language & Culture】: Native-level English proficiency. Professional working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus for content localization and communication with overseas teams. Deep familiarity with C-dramas and Asian pop culture is highly preferred.
- 【Education & Experience】: Bachelor’s degree or above (majors in Media, Marketing, or Film/TV preferred). Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1-5 years of experience. Prior experience in U.S. social media/community operations would be a plus.
- 【Sense of Trends】: Heavy User of U.S. mainstream social media and communities. Exceptional aesthetic sense with the ability to spot viral trends and "hot hooks" in real-time.
- 【Technical Skills】: Proficient in tools such as Photoshop, Premiere/CapCut, and Canva. Solid data processing skills using Excel.
- 【Core Competencies】: Strong execution and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A detail-oriented multi-tasker with a strong result-oriented mindset.
