The expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $28.27 to $60.00 per hour. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position will be eligible for 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked and up to 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, full-time interns are also eligible to enroll in the Company-sponsored medical plan.

- Analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business and product decisions in gaming.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to define metrics, build dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Deliver clear and actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders through reporting and data visualization.
- Support experimentation efforts (e.g., A/B testing) and evaluate performance of features, campaigns, and product changes.
- Maintain data quality, documentation, and contribute to cross-team knowledge sharing.
- Pursuing a M.S. or Ph.D. degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Math, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in statistical analysis (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression, time series analysis, A/B testing, etc.).
- Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis to support business insights.
- Proficient in Python and SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and execution skills with a solid understanding of business needs.
- Passionate about games and the gaming industry.
