3.1. Ensures production plans are achieved in order to meet customer requirements. Performs the basic finishing

functions needed for the operator’s respective shift along with any optional operations as required. Ensures a

culture of safety throughout the site by adhering to all safety policies and procedures

4.1. Duties and Responsibilities:

4.1.1. Unload buggies into the Reiter several times a day

4.1.2. String the Reiter by keeping all ends together

4.1.3. Tie and doff from each of the Reiter and place onto a belt

4.1.4. Unload the belt and inspect every tube and put an inspected by sticker in every tube

4.1.5. Give all yarn packaged a final quality review. Every tube must meet TenCate standards and have a

product label and inspected label

4.1.6. All belt tubes have to be stacked neatly on skid

4.1.7. Keep work area clean

4.1.8. Partials will need to be spliced there are no knots tied in mono

4.2. Qualifications:

4.2.1. High School Diploma or Equivalent

4.2.2. 6 months or more continuous experience in a manufacturing environment required

4.2.3. Mechanical aptitude

4.2.4. Excellent attendance and punctuality

4.2.5. Interactive skills to effectively work as part of a team

4.2.6. Communicate effectively through verbal and written communication

4.2.7. Ability to work with minimal supervision

6.1. Operates in non-temperature-controlled manufacturing facility.

6.2. This is an onsite job and is NOT remote. Regular and predictive attendance is mandatory.

7.3. Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds

7.4. May also engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling of parts and part containers
