What will you do?
- Act as Manager on Duty and resolve guests’ concerns and issues
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of team members, visitors, and guests to maintain security and prevent theft
- Patrol premises to detect signs of intrusion, preserve order, and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates while managing offsite parking and routine parking situations
- Respond to alarms, investigate disturbances, and handle emergencies including contacting police or fire departments, providing first aid or CPR, and assisting with medical incidents
- Write detailed reports of daily activities and irregularities such as property damage, theft, or unauthorized persons, and manage lost and found items, key logs, and associate lockers
- Operate company vehicles, screening devices, inspect and adjust security systems and building controls, deliver and pick up mail, and ensure compliance with company policies and environmental standards
More about you
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in hospitality, security, or guest service work preferred
- Knowledge of emergency medical response, CPR, and Wildland Firefighting preferred
- Must have a valid California Driver’s License and meet all underwriting requirements of the company insurance plan
- Certifications in Public Safety-First Aid/Emergency Medical Responder, ICS 100, BLS/CPR, First Aid & Wilderness First Aid, SC 130, SC 190, Hazmat FRO, and Tenaya Fire Brigade Academy; these certificates may be obtained through the Tenaya Fire Brigade Academy
