What will you do?
- Enter and update financial data in accounting systems with accuracy while maintaining organized financial records and filing systems
- Assist with processing invoices, payments, receipts, and basic accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
- Verify invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness
- Reconcile basic discrepancies and report issues to senior team members
- Assist in preparing routine financial reports, summaries, payroll data, and expense tracking
- Respond to basic vendor and customer billing inquiries while following established accounting procedures and company policies
More about you
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in accounting, finance, or business is preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, including debits and credits, invoices, and ledgers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry and simple formulas
- General computer and data entry skills; familiarity with accounting software is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential financial information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
