Role Description

This is an on-site role located in Dallas, TX, for a Construction Project Manager at Tenant Services Group. The Construction Project Manager will oversee construction projects from start to finish, coordinate with stakeholders, manage project schedules, and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Responsibilities also include budgeting, resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety guidelines.


Responsibilities

  • Oversees the budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk for individual real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • Comprehends complex documents related to Real Estate, such as agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys and drawings.
  • Works directly with our clients to collect project requirements and provide status reports. Prepares scope of work, project delivery resource requests, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • Identifies project delivery resources; conducts standard request for proposals; finalizes bid analysis; recommends resources to clients.
  •  Communicates effectively with the Team to provide project guidance, update and direction to achieve project goals.
  • Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed. Facilitates project meetings.
  •   Ensures project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated.
  • Tracks progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Reports status and variances.
  • Implements change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and issue change orders. Assesses change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk.
  • Identifies project risks, develops risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implements action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.


Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree from a College or University in a technical area of study or 10 years of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Knowledge in construction processes for various industries: Retail, Industrial, Healthcare, Office, Land
  • Strong communication skills
  • PMP Certification preferred
