Project Manager (Pipeline)

Tenacious Solutions, LLC is seeking Project Managers to assist clients in the DC Metropolitan area.

We are building a network of qualified candidates to help meet current and future openings. Although this posting may not result in an immediate hire, applicants will be considered for upcoming opportunities that match their qualifications and business demand.

Primary job duties and responsibilities may include:

• Provide leadership and be the single point of contact for the project ensuring timely deliverables and alignment with business objectives.
• Handle all project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Oversee cross-functional teams, including analysts, developers, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with client to gain an understanding of their business processes to support requirements gathering efforts.
• Possess a strong understanding of the relationship between data management, data analytics, and business intelligence to lead other team members within their respective lanes.
• Collaborate with Acquisition Personnel to determine and leverage data sources for creating actionable visualizations and reports that enable effective monitoring of client cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Direct Power BI data integration efforts and guide the development of interactive dashboards and visualizations that deliver actionable insights aligned with client requirements.
• Work independently to prioritize tasks and deliverables to meet high level objectives.
• Provide direction to project teams, develop work schedules, conduct weekly status meetings, track issues/progress and report concerns to the Client.
• Ensure data integrity, availability, and quality across systems.
• Conduct monthly project reviews with Senior Leaders.
• The Project Manager shall be available to the COR via telephone between the hours of 8am and 5pm EST, Monday through Friday, and shall respond to a request for discussion or resolution of technical problems within 2 hours of notification.

The ideal candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in related technical/business field.
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain an active Public Trust clearance or higher.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience providing leadership and governance for complex technology initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of mission-critical solutions within federal organizations.
• Proven track record leading data warehousing and business intelligence projects.
• Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical skills to solve and understand business requirements.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology.
• Proven problem solving, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret data, perform predictive and prescriptive analytics, and generate actionable insights.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and project management platforms like Jira or MS Project.
• PMP (Preferred).
• CSM (Preferred).
