Technical Program Manager

Tenacious Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager with an active Secret clearance to support our client full time on site in Ft. Belvoir, VA. As a Technical PM, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy and execution. This is an individual contributor position where you will leverage your hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365, MS Project and MS Planner to manage product development from conception to launch. We are seeking a gritty, curious, and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional products. This role requires a unique blend of program management expertise and tested technical acumen to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment between business goals and technical strategies. Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills are required.

Primary Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Act as the key technical point of contact for all enterprise-wide matters; research, recommend and implement solutions from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmap, and requirements.
• Utilize Microsoft Office 365 and MS Project to create and manage project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Conduct market research and user feedback sessions to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Develop clear and comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, specifications, and release notes.
• Actively listen to stakeholders and team members to gather insights and foster a collaborative environment.
• Adapt to changing priorities and pivot strategies as needed to meet mission objectives.
• Monitor product performance and user engagement, using data to drive decision-making and enhancements.
• Support proposal efforts with technical solutions including technical approach, staffing mix, and milestones required for successful implementation.
  
  

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Active Secret clearance or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 10 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, and/or complex technical project/program management.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Solution Architect or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of product development processes.
• Hands-on, intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office 365, MS Project, and MS Planner.
• Strong familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform: PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Powerquery.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, APIs, and DevOps practices.
• PMP certification desired.
• Experience with data architecture, machine learning pipelines, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to be self-directed, gritty, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• A curious mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
