We are looking for a Full-Time Barista who is as passionate about guest experience as they are about digital engagement. You’ll be responsible for crafting top-tier beverages and sandwiches while helping us showcase our shop’s daily life to our community.

The Vibe

We aren't just a coffee shop; we’re a local hub with a "neighborhood living room" feel. We need someone who isn't afraid to film a 30-second "Day in the Life" clip while crafting that "hug in a mug".

What You’ll Do

• Craft Excellence: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, specialty drinks and sandwiches to our high standards.
• Food Safety: Ensure food safety standards are consistently met by following proper food handling and preparation procedures
• Connection: Politely interact with customers and take orders accurately.
• Content Creation: Capture "behind-the-scenes" moments, drink pours, and shop updates for our Instagram and TikTok.
• Trend Spotting: Help us brainstorm fun social media trends that fit our brand’s voice.
• Shop Stewardship: Maintain a clean, organized, and (most importantly) photo-ready workspace.

What You Bring

• Experience: At least 1 year of barista experience.
• Creativity: A natural love for social media and willing to brainstorm cool ideas for weekend events.
• Energy: A positive, outgoing personality—you’re the "face" of the shop, both in-person and on-screen.
• Reliability: Must have weekend availability! You’re a pro who shows up on time and takes pride in a job well done.
