About the Role
This is a Chief of Staff / Founding Operator role - with full ownership over how TEN operates.
You’ll work directly with the founder - turning ideas into consistently exceptional member experiences and building the systems required to scale.
This is not a support role. You will own the operational backbone of the business, with real responsibility for how TEN runs day-to-day and how it grows.
What You’ll Own
* Build and run the operational backbone of TEN - systems, processes, and infrastructure that scale to 150 members in Colorado and then multiple markets
* Design and curate high-quality member experiences - ensuring every room, interaction, and touchpoint meets a premium standard
* Own the full member lifecycle - onboarding, engagement, retention, and overall experience
* Lead execution of all events - ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability
* Develop communication systems that keep members engaged and connected
* Manage internal tools and workflows (CRM, member portal, processes)
* Handle logistics, vendors, contracts, and scheduling
* Partner with the founder to launch new programs and expand into new markets

* TEN runs seamlessly - events, onboarding, and communication operate without friction
* Members consistently describe the experience as high-quality, intentional, and impactful to their career and companies
* Systems are in place to support continued growth and begin expansion into new cities
* The founder is fully focused on member outcomes, growth, partnerships, and building new offerings - not operations

*Excellent communicator with senior executives, founders, and investors

Backgrounds That Tend to Work Well
* Chief of Staff, early-stage operator, or founding team member at a startup
* Experience in events, community, or hospitality - with ownership, not just execution
* Someone who has worked closely with a founder or small team and thrived in that environment
Compensation
* Base salary: $90K - $100K
* Performance bonus tied to key growth & retention metrics
* Total target comp: $108K - $120K
* Opportunity to participate in long-term upside (equity or profit sharing) as TEN scales.
