We're hiring a detail-oriented Lease Contracts Specialist to support lease operations, ensure contract accuracy, and maintain billing compliance.
What You'll Do
- Review, process, and manage lease contract packages
- Create amendments, addendums, assignments, and other contract documents
- Interpret contract terms and support Sales with contract preparation
- Maintain lease database and ensure contract compliance
- Track and report revenue and commission data
- Perform data entry to ensure billing accuracy across accounts
- Conduct quarterly lease audits
- Support contract maintenance, fleet updates, and billing setup
- Communicate contract status updates to internal teams
- Serve as a point of contact for contract-related questions
- Prepare exception billing invoices as needed
- 1 year of experience in leasing, contracts, or related field
- Associate's degree (or equivalent experience and education)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Solid communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
