Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain GPS/telematics platforms and portals
- Install, pair, activate, deactivate, and transfer GPS units
- Audit telematics data and ensure system accuracy
- Process GPS device orders, invoices, and vendor communications
- Support internal teams with device troubleshooting, status updates, and installations
- Assist customers with account setup, training, and support
- Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and documentation
- Coordinate with branches, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth telematics operations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of administrative, telematics, or fleet support experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to interpret technical information and data reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
- Fleet maintenance or telematics experience is a plus
- Regular sitting, speaking, typing, and computer use
- Occasional standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 40 lbs.)
