Picker/Packer — Ten Thousand Pots
Ten Thousand Pots is hiring a reliable, hardworking Picker/Packer to help prepare online orders, organize warehouse inventory, and support daily loading and fulfillment operations at our Austin location.
Responsibilities
- Pick products accurately based on customer orders.
- Pack and prepare pottery and related products for shipment.
- Load and unload merchandise safely.
- Sort, organize, and move inventory throughout the warehouse and sales area.
- Verify quantities and product condition before orders leave the facility.
- Assist with receiving incoming inventory.
- Keep warehouse, packing areas clean and organized.
- Help customers and team members locate products when needed.
- Follow safety procedures when lifting and moving large or heavy pottery.
- Support other warehouse and fulfillment duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Dependable and punctual.
- Able to work efficiently in a physically active environment.
- Able to lift and move heavy items safely, with team assistance when appropriate.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in Texas weather.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to follow instructions and work independently.
- Previous warehouse, order fulfillment, packing, loading, or inventory experience is preferred but not required.
Schedule
- Full-time or part-time positions available.
- Approximately 40 hours per week for full-time employees.
- Weekend availability may be required depending on business needs.
