Duties
- Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with clients, promote services, or gather feedback to enhance customer satisfaction
- Support cash handling procedures during transactions with attention to accuracy and security
- General labor works to keep the store clean and organized.
- Other handy works as needed.
Requirements
- Multilingual abilities are highly preferred; fluency in English plus additional languages is a strong asset
- Previous experience in call centers or customer support roles is advantageous but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening capabilities
- Experience in sales or client services is desirable but not mandatory; enthusiasm for engaging with customers is essential
- Capable of handling cash transactions accurately and performing typing tasks efficiently
- Bilingual proficiency enhances your ability to serve diverse client populations effectively
- Capable of driving pickup truck and landscaping trailer for local delivery.
