Ten Sandwiches Kitchen & Bar is a seasonal waterfront restaurant located in Watch Hill, RI. We are seeking hardworking, out going, and reliable candidates to fill kitchen, counter, and bartending positions for the 2026 summer season. We are a fun, fast paced restaurant serving lunch, and light dinner along with a full bar. Preferably seeking candidates that have prior food service experience but training is available.
Full time (40 hrs/week) and part time positions available.

Compensation increases based on previous experience/on job performance. Hourly compensation is flexible and based on experience.
Complimentary shift meals
Seasonal Position: We operate from May - October
Parking in Watch Hill is very limited - carpooling and drop off / pick up are strongly encouraged
Kitchen Staff responsibilities include:
- Daily food prep i.e. slicing meats, vegetables, following recipes, etc.
- Working line preparing cooked foods and assembling sandwiches, salads, and other food items in fast paced environment
- Ware washing, keeping kitchen and equipment clean
- Adherence to food safety practices
- Experience in foodservice preferred but training available
- Food safety manager training

Counter Server responsibilities include:
- Taking orders, handling payment transactions with customers, serving orders to customers
- Preparing coffee drinks including espresso, cappuccino, lattes, etc.
- Prepping/preparing smoothies
- Restocking beverages and food items
- Keeping front of house clean, sweeping, cleaning windows, counters, etc
- Barista experience preferred but training available
Bartending Responsibilities include:
- Executing cocktails from menu
- Excellent customer service skills
- Daily bar prep including prepping garnishes, making syrups, glass washing/polishing, keeping bar area clean
- Changing beer kegs
- Bartending experience and TIPS certification a must
