Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. You will play a key role in maintaining the bar's operations and upholding our standards of quality and hospitality.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service and compliance with legal regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and catering needs when applicable.
- Adhere to food safety standards and maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.
Skills
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
- Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred, showcasing familiarity with the food industry.
- Proficient in using Aloha POS systems or similar cash register systems for processing transactions.
- Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required.
