Tea Barista

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. As a Tea Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting Tea House environment. Your role will be pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring that all food safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems efficiently, handling transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment, counters, and seating areas.
• Assist with food preparation and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall customer experience.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of tea and boba preparation techniques and beverage crafting.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and retail math for accurate transaction handling.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of food safety practices relevant to café operations.
• Previous experience in a café or retail setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
