Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems efficiently, handling transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment, counters, and seating areas.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall customer experience.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of tea and boba preparation techniques and beverage crafting.
