- Strong proficiency in English (A1 to B1 level), both written and spoken.
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role within travel, tourism, or a related field.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and proficiently multitask.
- Globally-inclined experience preferred.
- Prior experience using GDS booking platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is a plus.
