Location: Johnson City Branch
Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:15 AM - 5:15PM & Friday, 8:15 AM - 6:15PM
Compensation: $23.00 - $26.00/hourly (Depending on Experience)

Are you passionate about helping people? TENCU is seeking a motivated and personable Teller Supervisor to oversee operations at our Johnson City branch. This entry-level supervisory role ensures smooth teller line operations, exceptional member service, and achievement of branch goals through referrals and cross-selling.

What You'll Do: With a dedication to a member centric approach
- Supervise teller line operations and staff performance
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and regulatory standards
- Conduct performance reviews and recommend salary adjustments
- Maintain interior and exterior Credit Union assets, equipment, supplies, facilities and grounds
- Communicate regularly with staff and leadership on goals and performance
- Support community outreach and marketing efforts
- Monitor and report on branch transactions, corrections, and audits
- Collaborate with Risk Management and Internal Audit
- Assist with operational reporting and documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned (please note this role may sometimes work more than 40 hours a week.

What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Some college in business or related field plus 1 year of management experience required; or 3 years of financial institution experience with 2 years in management required
- Strong knowledge of credit union operations and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm and maintain 95% accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Ability to travel to attend in-person meetings at the Main location
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to move throughout the branch and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to drive a credit union vehicle.
