We’re seeking a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to help us tell our story, strengthen our brand, and support our growth.
This full-time role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is ready to bring fresh ideas, make a measurable impact, and grow into leading the marketing function for our company over time. You’ll play a key role in executing our marketing strategy—developing and implementing campaigns, managing our online presence, supporting our sales teams, and creating compelling content that showcases our projects and expertise.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Manage and execute regular social media postings across company platforms.
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance and engagement.
Create and maintain a social media content calendar.
Develop and implement strategies to increase online visibility and engagement.
Create professional presentations, one-pagers, and marketing collateral.
Draft company memos, internal communications, and branded documents.
Enhance and maintain company websites, ensuring timely updates and strong visual appeal.
Capture and edit photography and video, including drone operation for project footage.
Visit job sites to gather images, videos, and other relevant content.
Design and produce content for conferences, trade shows, and company-sponsored events.
Create and distribute our quarterly internal newsletter (Buzz on the Turf).
Assist with event planning and coordination.
Collaborate with leadership to brainstorm and implement innovative marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant marketing experience (construction industry experience a plus but not required).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality.
Proficient in leading marketing and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PowerPoint, Salesforce).
Skilled in digital marketing tools and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Knowledge of social media trends, analytics, and best practices.
Photography, videography, and editing skills required, drone piloting experience a plus.
Highly organized, self-starter, and task oriented.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
