Role Description
Ten By Ten Logistics is looking for a detail-oriented, reliable team member to join our full-time operations team. Based out of our warehouse in Bushwick, Brooklyn, you’ll help support eleven regional food producers selling at more than seventy farmers market stands each week throughout New York City and the Hudson Valley.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in organization, notices details others miss, and enjoys being part of a small team that keeps a complex operation running smoothly. Saturdays and Sundays are core workdays, with additional weekday warehouse and logistics responsibilities.
Responsibilities
* Pack, restock, and organize products with a high degree of accuracy.
* Receive, inspect, and put away incoming deliveries.
* Prepare market inventory, equipment, and supplies for weekly distribution.
* Help maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization.
* Assist with quality control, troubleshooting, and operational improvements.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
* Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily and weekly objectives.
Requirements
* Available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a regular basis.
* Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
* Able to stand, walk, and perform physical work for the duration of a shift.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing things correctly.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when needed.
* Previous experience in warehouse, retail, food service, hospitality, logistics, or farmers market environments.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience receiving deliveries, managing inventory, or maintaining organized storage systems.
* Familiarity with warehouse operations, fulfillment, or food distribution.
* Experience working at farmers markets or with food businesses.
* Forklift, pallet jack, or other warehouse equipment experience is a plus.
