TempusDirect is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated CVLB Specialist (Caller) to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to healthcare provider offices to gather, verify, and update required information
- Meet daily productivity goals, including call volume and case resolution expectations
- Accurately document all interactions and maintain complete, detailed records
- Manage assigned work queues and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items
- Review completed work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with established guidelines
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding questions, process clarifications, and escalations
- Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues through the appropriate channels
- Maintain professionalism and positive relationships with providers and internal team members
- Follow all company policies, procedures, confidentiality requirements, and compliance standards
- Support team objectives and contribute to a collaborative, results-driven work environment
