What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Paralegal position at Tempus Fugit Law?
Seeking a detail-oriented experienced business/commercial litigation paralegal who has experience in Massachusetts and with Massachusetts law and procedure. Must be able to perform legal research on Westlaw/Lexis. Candidate must have experience with reveal or relativity, CLIO, Adobe, and Netdocs.
Candidate will be required assist with drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions and discovery. Must know Rule 9A, be able to file using e-filing in both state and federal court. You will have direct communication with clients and potential clients. Hyrid or fully remote depending on level of experience and desire. Please submit cover letter, resume, and a writing sample.
