Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Lead the end-to-end operational planning for a diverse portfolio, including Laboratory Developed Tests (LDTs), digital product rollouts, and the integration of GenAI into core workflows
- Identify and resolve execution risks and bottlenecks; partner cross-functionally to re-engineer processes for scalability
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Applied AI teams to define and implement features—with a specific focus on evaluating GenAI opportunities to automate administrative burdens and streamline handoffs
- Own high-impact projects directly while overseeing dedicated team members and workstream leads; step in to provide deep-dive analysis and problem-solving whenever necessary
- Define, track, and report on success metrics (KPIs/OKRs), ensuring all initiatives align with broader business objectives
- Establish and maintain rigorous documentation standards to ensure operational consistency and regulatory alignment
- 10 years of operating experience with a proven track record of exceeding KPIs in high-growth, complex environments
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Proven ability to evaluate Generative AI use cases within operational workflows, ensuring rigorous validation and alignment with clinical/data integrity standards
- Expert at distilling complex, technical issues into concrete, actionable plans for diverse stakeholder groups
- Ability to analyze complex data, create clear visualizations, and present insights effectively to stakeholders
- A proactive mindset that thrives in rapidly evolving environments and can move internal and external partners toward quick, effective resolutions
- Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and clinical regulatory requirements (e.g., CLIA/CAP) is strongly preferred
