Role Description
This full-time on-site role of Sales Team Lead is based in Philadelphia, PA. As a Sales Team Lead, you will assist in overseeing daily store operations, partner with team members to meet sales targets and ensure excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities include implementing strategies to achieve sales goals and maintaining store standards. You will also work closely with management to enhance team performance and provide consistent support to customers and team members alike.
Qualifications
- Strong Team Leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor team members effectively
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to engage with customers and foster positive relationships
- Sales expertise with a proven ability to drive revenue and achieve targets
- Analytical Skills for interpreting sales data, setting goals, and identifying growth opportunities
- Previous experience in luxury retail sales is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is an asset
