Spinn by Temptinn is looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial Bar Manager/Bartender who wants to do more than pour drinks—we're looking for someone who wants to help build one of Downtown Naperville's newest lounge and event destinations.
This is not a traditional bartending job.
If you're looking for a guaranteed salary and simply want to clock in and clock out, this position is probably not for you.
We're looking for someone who is hungry, creative, passionate about hospitality, and excited by the challenge of growing a business from the ground up.
Compensation

What You'll Do
- Manage all day-to-day bar operations.
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Build a loyal customer following and increase repeat business.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and daily bar reporting.
- Develop creative drink specials and seasonal cocktail menus.
- Plan, promote, and host events that drive traffic and increase sales.
- Manage Spinn's social media presence by creating engaging content and promoting upcoming events.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and local community partnerships.
- Help coordinate private events and entertainment nights.
- Continuously bring new ideas to increase revenue and establish Spinn as a premier lounge destination.
