Our client is hiring a full-time, permanent A / P & A / R Supervisor for their LI location. The supervisor will oversee all payables and receivables and a small team of accounting professionals, manage work flows, create best practices and establish proper procedures. Responsibilities include :
- Oversee a team of 8, assist in training
- Manage daily accounts payable, invoices, coding, allocation and handling discrepancies
- Set up new vendors and customers
- Handle expenses, pay bills, and cut checks
- Manage daily accounts receivable, cash management and post payments
- Oversee credit and collections
- Reconcile all accounts to assist in month-end close process
Qualifications :
Pay : $75,000.00 - $90,000.00
