Our client is seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and smooth daily operations of their facility. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong customer service skills and a commitment to keeping shared spaces clean and organized.Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:Maintain cleanliness of all outdoor areas, including front and back entrancesSweep and mop all office areasSweep and mop hallways on all 10 floorsClean and maintain common areas, including the community room, kitchen, lounge, library, and laundry roomClean glass doors, windows, and wallsRemove trash from all office and common areasClean and sanitize staff bathrooms dailyVacuum all rugs and carpetsEmpty and clean all trash roomsEmpty and clean the compactor roomPrepare trash and recycling for scheduled pickupExperience:1 years’ work experience as a Porter required.Bi-lingual a plus, but not required.Team player with a focus on customer service.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.We are an equal opportunity employer and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.
