Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support and analysis to various departments within the organization. This includes preparing financial statements, conducting budgeting and forecasting exercises, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and maintenance of budgets and forecasts, including variance analysis and explanations.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Account Reconciliation: Ensure accurate and timely account reconciliations, including bank statements and other external accounts.

Requirements:
