Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Field & Shop Technician to support daily operations, assist with installations, and help keep our shop and equipment organized. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is comfortable working both independently and alongside the owner.
Key Responsibilities
- Install temporary wall panels at customer job sites
- Clean, maintain, and prepare wall panels and equipment
- Conduct job site visits to assess needs and support project planning
- Assist with project coordination and execution
- Perform cold calling to potential customers as needed
- Maintain organization of the shop, tools, and trailer
- Work directly with the owner on additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Comfortable with physical labor and working on job sites
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Prior construction, installation, or labor experience is a plus but not required
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time: approximately 20 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling available
- Starting at $18.00/hour, with consideration for experience
