Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on professional who can help grow our business by building strong relationships with customers and delivering excellent service on every job.
This role blends sales, relationship management, and installation — ideal for someone who likes being active, talking with people, and taking ownership of their work.
You’ll play a key role in helping general contractors, restoration companies, and facility managers find the right containment solution for their projects — then help install those systems safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Relationship Building
- Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, restoration companies, and facility managersacross Northeast Ohio.
- Conduct site visits to assess project needs and provide quotes.
- Follow up on leads, bid opportunities, and networking introductions.
- Represent Temporary Wall Systems with professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Support company growth through consistent outreach and exceptional customer service.
Installation & Operations
- Assist with delivery, installation, and dismantling of modular wall systems at customer sites.
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, cleanly, and on time.
- Load, transport, and unload wall components using company vehicles and trailers.
- Maintain an organized inventory of wall panels and materials.
- Perform light maintenance and cleaning of equipment and panels after each job.
Other Responsibilities
- Help identify new business opportunities through market awareness and local networking.
- Collaborate with the owner and team to continually improve operations and customer satisfaction.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a professional appearance on every site.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — enjoys meeting new people and building relationships.
- Comfortable working hands-on and willing to learn installation techniques.
- Previous experience in construction, restoration, facilities, or sales is a plus but not required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.
