CONMED Orthopedics is seeking an ambitious Territory Manager to represent our expansive product portfolio that ranges from sports medicine implants, Hall Surgical Powered Instruments, MTF biologics as well as our newly acquired BioBrace Implant! As an Orthopedic Territory Manager, you will be given the opportunity to strategically sell and promote CONMED’s Orthopedic products within a defined geographic territory to our customers. This will be accomplished by providing outstanding customer service as well as product demonstrations/presentations within the Operating Room & office settings to surgeons and hospital personnel. Click here to view our Orthopedic Product Portfolio Click here to learn more about BioBrace What You Will Do: Generate new sales opportunities and maintain existing business Meet monthly/quarterly/annual quotas assigned by the company Observe procedures in the operating room of hospital accounts to gain insight into the needs of physicians and OR staff Respond quickly to customer needs regarding products and service and collaborate with the appropriate CONMED team to develop creative and optimal solutions Communicate with senior executives and key decision-makers What You Need: One of the following: Bachelor's degree 2 years outside sales experience (Medical Device Preferred) 6 years of outside sales, surgical tech, or related clinical experience required Currently employed as a CONMED Associate Sales Representative *Note: This position is not eligible for employer-visa sponsorship Travel Requirements: Approximately 20% Travel Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and be able to drive an automobile Additional Requirements: Ability to meet with customers at hospitals and to be a member of a credentialing agency Disclosure as required by applicable state law, the role is 100% commission based.
