You will lead and evolve our Quality Management System, champion organization-wide quality improvement initiatives, and ensure we consistently meet and exceed compliance standards set by key third-party agencies (including ISO, GFSI, OSHA, and others). As part of a small, fast-moving team, you’ll have the opportunity to wear multiple hats and contribute across the business. You’ll cross-train with colleagues to provide seamless backup coverage, collaborate across departments, and take on new responsibilities as the company grows. As we grow, we’re looking for service champions who share our commitment to building lasting client relationships.What You’ll Do:Serve on the Leadership Team as a key organizational voiceWork closely with production teams to a) Measure and monitor daily product quality, b) train and educate, c) assess the effectiveness of our quality systems, d) continually improve and revise our SOPs and work instructionsConduct and supervise internal quality assurance auditsManage material return authorizations, customer complaints, internal rejections, and corrective actionsFacilitate and oversee all 3rd party audits and certificationsManage the company’s recertification to the new ISO 9001-2015 standardManage the company’s certification to GFSI standards, including ongoing management and maintenance of the HACCP PlanManage the company’s Injury and Illness Prevention Program (Safety Program), including employee training, documentation, and follow-up.What We’re Looking For:10 years of quality control management experienceQualified candidates will have a thorough knowledge of quality control management in a “made-to-order” or “job-shop” manufacturing organization.Skill level in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel) must be Intermediate to Advanced. Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
