Picker Packer Loader

Picker, Packer, and Loader is Responsible for efficiently preparing warehouse orders by locating items (picking), securing them for shipment (packing), and loading them onto vehicles. They verify order accuracy, label packages, maintain inventory records via scanners, and adhere to safety standards. This is a physical, fast-paced role.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking: Locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves using pick lists or radio frequency (RF) scanners.
• Packing: Inspect items for damage, then pack, seal, and label orders securely for shipment.
• Loading: Move completed packages to the loading dock and load onto trucks, ensuring accurate order staging.
• Inventory Control: Update inventory records to reflect dispatched items and report shortages.
• Safety & Maintenance: Keep work areas clean and adhere to all safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for 8–12 hour shifts.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring the correct items and quantities are selected and packed to avoid errors.
• Technical Skills: Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Machine Operation: Experience operating machinery like forklifts or pallet jacks is often required.
