One of Downtown Gilroy's hottest restaurants is searching for Line Cooks to join a winning team. We are looking for a professional Line Cook to prepare food to the Chef's specifications. Line Cook duties will consist of assisting the Executive and Sous Chefs with their daily tasks.
Our ideal candidate has experience in fine dining, understanding flavor profiles, and bringing the Executive Chef's menu items to life. You must have passion for what you do, be willing to learn and grow as a chef. Must be able to work weekends.
