We are hiring! Are you a personable, detailed oriented professional looking for their next opportunity? If so, read on. We are looking for someone to assist the CEO of multiple established businesses who is always looking to expand. The new Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support for the various companies and CEO. Some duties include analyzing documents, preparing research reports, general customer service, etc. The Executive Assistant functions as an integral and indispensable part of the office.

This is for a Gilroy based company and the individual would work onsite (not eligible for remote work).
