Do you believe in getting better every day? Are you a magnetic person? Are you actively engaged in the workplace? If so this may be the position for you!
The Mission

- Drive Growth: Manage sales, lead conversion, and local marketing to hit revenue goals.
- Build Community: Act as the primary point of contact for parents and local schools, providing world-class customer service.

- Master Operations: Handle the "business side"—from billing and scheduling to keeping the center customer-ready.
Who You Are
- A People Person: You can talk to anyone, from a struggling 2nd grader to a high school principal.
- Results-Oriented: You have a "business owner" mindset and love hitting targets.
- Highly Organized: You can juggle sales calls, staff schedules, and student assessments without breaking a sweat.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Google Suite and learning new management software.
