Client Associate - Verizon Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers in face-to-face interactions to promote Verizon's wireless services and complete sales transactions.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships by understanding needs and recommending appropriate wireless solutions.
- Educate customers on available promotions, product features, pricing plans, and service options.
- Generate new business opportunities through customer outreach and daily sales activities.
- Process customer enrollments, service activations, and account updates accurately and efficiently.
- Stay informed on current Verizon products, services, and promotions to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
Client Associate - Verizon Qualifications.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software programs.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Previous customer service, retail, sales, or customer facing experience is a plus, but not required.
