Duties
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, business records and data management.
- Facilitate communication between staff, congregation members, and external organizations to ensure effective information flow
- Assist in organizing special events.
- Maintain administrative documentation, manage budgets, and oversee facility usage to ensure operational efficiency
- Provide support to congregants by addressing inquiries and offering guidance on educational or spiritual matters
- Some understanding of Jewish practices or customs helpful, not required
Experience
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on fostering inclusive environments
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse groups and manage administrative responsibilities efficiently
- Comfortable with technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, excel, data management and some budgeting and basic understanding of quickbooks
