What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Construction Management position at Temple Health?
Responsible for the management of all construction projects throughout Templehealth. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; initial project development and space planning, creation & management of project budget and timelines, coordination of architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and end users, obtaining necessary permits and regulatory approvals.
Education
Bachelors Degree : Construction related field (Required)
Masters Degree : Health Care Administration or Business (Preferred)
Experience
5 years experience in healthcare construction management (Required)
License / Certifications
PMP - Project Management Prof (Preferred)
