What are the responsibilities and job description for the First Cook - Fox Chase Cancer Center position at Temple Health – Temple University Health System?
Required to master more detailed food preparation adhering to standardized recipes and production requirements. Adheres to HACCP procedures for all prep and food safety and maintains records as required. Meets customer service expectations by actively engaging with customers.
Full Time 6am-2:30 pm Monday-Friday

Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Experience
Trade School Culinary Degree Preferred
2 years experience preparing food in a high volume/institutional environment Required
General Experience with production equipment including electric slicers, convection ovens, deck ovens, tilting skillet, deep fat fryers, steamers, steam kettles, mixers, meat grinders, and food choppers Preferred
Licenses
