The Practice Administrator provides administrative and strategic support to the Chair of the Applicable Department, Departmental Physicians, and Advanced Practice Clinicians in their respective practice areas. The Practice Administrator serves in a leadership role collaboratively and independently for programmatic planning and operations on the main Fox Chase campus and extramural sites, where applicable. The Practice Administrator serves as a key conduit for operational improvements, both focused on customer service and revenue cycle compliance. The Practice Administrator is responsible for Departmental faculty practice plan performance assessment and budgets. The Practice Administrator collaborates with VP, Physician Practice on Corporation-wide productivity assessments and business development opportunities, including off-site infusion expansion.
