Our Jewish Learning Community (JLC) is looking for creative, caring, and enthusiastic educators to join our team for the upcoming school year. Whether you're an experienced teacher or an engaging youth leader looking to inspire the next generation, this is an opportunity to make a real difference while having a lot of fun along the way.

• Create engaging, experiential learning opportunities that bring Judaism to life
• Guide students as they explore Jewish values, holidays, Torah, Hebrew, Israel, and Jewish identity
• Build meaningful relationships with students and their families
• Foster a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom community where every child feels they belong
• Collaborate with a supportive team of educators who love learning from one another
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional learning, holiday celebrations, and community events

• A natural connector who loves working with kids and teens
• Passionate about Jewish life, learning, and building community
• Experienced in teaching or leading youth (Jewish education experience a big plus!)
• Creative, enthusiastic, and ready to make learning come alive
• Comfortable teaching in a Reform context and inclusive of diverse Jewish backgrounds
• Knowledgeable in Hebrew and Jewish traditions (or excited to grow in that area!)

When You’ll Teach:

• Sunday mornings and (maybe) Tuesday afternoons
• Plus faculty orientation and professional development throughout the year

Compensation:

• Starting at $40/hour, based on experience
• Plus mentorship, training, and a supportive professional community
