We are hiring several Medical Assistant Specialists to support a fast-growing healthcare technology organization focused on improving patient outcomes through innovative, home-based care programs.
This is a non-patient facing, office-based role ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and enjoys being the backbone of patient coordination and scheduling operations.

What You’ll Do
• Manage patient scheduling, rescheduling, and communication
• Ensure proper coverage and coordination when team members are out
• Partner with clinical teams to maintain workflow
• Guide patients through onboarding and program expectations
• Assist patients with initial setup (EKG placement, pulse oximeter, BP cuff guidance)
• Support intake processes and patient education
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues during virtual sessions
• Collaborate with IT to resolve system issues
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Maintain accurate documentation within EMR systems
• Assist with program and operational improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
• 5 years of experience as a Medical Assistant or equivalent
• 2 years of scheduling or coordination experience
• BLS Certification required
• Experience with EMR systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting ability
• Ability to work onsite full-time
Work Environment
• Office-based, non-patient facing role
• Moderate noise (calls, meetings, computer audio)
• Extended time working at a computer
• Regular, reliable attendance required
