TempExperts is recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator to join a growing healthcare technology organization in Clearwater, FL.
This is a great for someone looking to build professional experience in logistics, healthcare technology, operations, or administration. If you are organized, dependable, comfortable with computers, and have strong attention to detail, this could be a great way to get your foot in the door!
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Coordinate the printing, packaging, and shipment of ID badges
• Track and document shipment information and other important data
• Help ensure outgoing materials are processed and delivered accurately and on time
• Maintain organized records of orders, shipments, and inventory
• Assist with day-to-day logistics and administrative responsibilities
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate information within company systems
• Handle sensitive healthcare information and PHI in accordance with privacy and security requirements
• Work closely with team members to keep daily operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
• Good communication skills and professional demeanor
• Previous administrative, shipping/receiving, logistics, or office experience is helpful but not required
• Experience working with healthcare information, PHI, or other confidential information is a plus
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow established processes
