Our iDSS Destination Cloud is a SaaS platform purpose built for Destination Marketing Organizations, supporting the full range of workflows across sales, services, membership, marketing, and operations.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, execution-focused Project Manager to join our iDSS Destination Cloud team. This role is focused on execution, organization, and follow-through, turning clear direction into shipped work while keeping teams aligned.
You will work closely with company leadership, product stakeholders, and engineers to keep work organized, clearly specified, tested, and shipped. You will be the operational hub that connects vision, requirements, and execution.
This role is ideal for someone with SaaS experience, strong organizational instincts, and a desire to grow. We’re especially excited about candidates who have already embraced AI in their work, or are eager to use AI tools to move faster and work smarter.
- Advance iDSS product initiatives by gathering requirements and clarifying priorities
- Translate ideas and requirements into clear written specifications that engineers can execute against
- Keep projects organized, scoped, and moving forward across multiple workstreams
- Act as the primary point of coordination between leadership, product stakeholders, and engineering
- Maintain and improve how work is tracked and prioritized using Jira or other tools
- Partner with engineers to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities early
- Support testing and release readiness, helping ensure work is production-ready
- Identify gaps in process, documentation, or ownership and propose improvements
- Use AI tools to accelerate specs, documentation, mockups, and planning where appropriate
- Collaborate with internal teams via Slack, Google Meet, and documentation to keep everyone aligned
- Day-to-day execution of iDSS development activities
- Clear documentation and specifications
- Project organization, timelines, and follow-through
- Helping define and improve testing and release processes
- Making sure important work actually gets done
- Provide accurate and timely progress reports and completion estimates
- Experience working on or supporting a SaaS product team
- Strong written communication skills, especially around requirements and specs
- Comfort working with engineers and technical concepts
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira
- Highly organized, proactive, and accountable
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for using AI as a productivity multiplier
- Experience with QA, testing, or release coordination is a strong plus
